LAURIE GOGGIN
Laurie Goggin is a second-year student from South-East London studying English Literature, Italian and Comparative Literature at the University of St Andrews.
Laurie has won the Dan Hemingway Short Story Prize 2022. His story Exhibition explores some of the ways in which art touches everyday lives and relationships. His main aim for his short fiction is to write stories which are economical and compassionate.
Laurie hopes to go into journalism after graduation. He loves to write fiction and poetry in his free time. The Dan Hemingway Prize is the first prize he has received for his work.
