Tom McNally is the 2022 winner of the Dan Hemingway Creativity Prize, awarded for his fantastic album
Change of Pace under his artist name 'Luto'.
Award winner Tom said, "I have recently finished my A Levels, and am currently working on more music, using my free time to put together another album and produce music for various friends of mine. I have been wanting to produce music for as long as I can remember, and will be doing music production at Liverpool University next year, to continue that journey."
"The album I wrote and produced for this award is a journey through my musical influences, portrayed in my own way. It was a way for me to challenge myself musically, and write from different perspectives in each track. I'm very happy with how the album turned out, and I recommend putting together a collection of art to anyone, whatever that art is."
The 2022 judges were Miles Waters, Will Wiles and Sue Hemingway.
