Daniel Zappi

Daniel won the Dan Hemingway Prize in 2000 for his poetry, and he has gone on to develop a career in theatre and music.

These days he runs Oxford World Theatre that has one simple aim: to travel around the world and bring people of all ages and nationalities onto the stage ... in English.

As a singer-songwriter Daniel has performed extensively on the London music scene, with a residency at the Troubadour Club in 2010 and winning the Guildford Music Awards as best new singer-songwriter that year. Daniel is Anglo-Italian and he's lived and worked in Rome as well as London. He's also written five original musicals for kids along the way.

In 2012 Daniel launched his debut album Rise and Fall available on itunes or as a CD from his website. It's a great album.
